New Strategy Working Well

One thing that I've gotten into lately that's working really well is Bio Hacking.

What is this exactly you ask?

It involves making small, strategic changes to habits and behaviours to improve things like cognitive function, fitness and weight management.

I've always been one to look for ways to gain a small advantage such as quality supplementation, alkaline water or extended warm ups. Bio hacking is in the same boat, it's just adding more strings to the bow.

So these are the top 5 that are working well for me right now:

1 Morning Sunlight- getting some sun upon rising can help with your sleep, energy and mood. Staring towards the horizon allows the soft blue light to enter your eyes and helps decalcify your pineal gland which can lead to mental clarity and spiritual awareness.

I'm the guy who will tell you that the sun is not trying to kill you and the number reason 80% of people are unhealthy now is because they don't get enough sun!

2 Cold Showers- promotes fat burning and boosts your dopamine by up to 250%

3 Caffeine Delay- helps prevent cortisol spikes and crashes, making your energy more stable

4 Magnesium at Night- calms the nervous system leading to better sleep and muscle recovery
