("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or participating in our services — including online coaching programs, challenges, memberships, or digital resources — you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
We offer the following services:
One-on-one fitness and health coaching, Group transformation challenges (e.g., 12-Week Fastest 5km Challenge)Monthly performance coaching membership, Digital tools and resources (e.g., meal plans, trackers, workouts)
Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase, 24 hours notice required for cancellation. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited. No refunds for unused sessions
Access is granted for the program duration plus 14 days. Live sessions cannot be made up if missed. Session recordings available for 7 days. No program sharing, downloads, or redistribution allowed
Billed on a recurring monthly basis. 7 days notice required for cancellation. Access ends at the close of the paid billing period. No prorated refunds for unused time
All pricing is in AUD (Australian Dollars). Payment is required in full prior to the start of service. We accept Stripe, debit/credit cards, Zip and Afterpay. Late or failed payments may result in account suspension
1:1 Coaching: No refunds once sessions have begun. Group Programs: 100% refundable within the first 7 days, after which no refunds apply. Monthly Membership: Cancellable anytime, no refunds for prior billing periods
By participating in our programs, you agree to:
Provide accurate, up-to-date health and fitness information. Engage actively and follow your coaching plan. Maintain respectful communication and boundaries. Keep login credentials secure and private. Not copy, share, or redistribute any program materials
Supreme Fitness Group and Personal Training
provides coaching and educational services only. We do not:
Diagnose or treat medical conditions. Prescribe medications or therapies. Replace medical or psychological care. Guarantee specific outcomes
Always consult your doctor before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
All digital and downloadable content — including but not limited to:
Workbooks, Training videos, Nutrition guides, Meal plans, Strength & mobility workouts

and protected by copyright law. Materials may not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.
We protect your personal information in accordance with our
Privacy Policy
. Your information will only be shared when:
Required by law. Authorised by you. Necessary for service delivery or payment processing
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Loss of income or opportunity. Injuries sustained during participation. Claims from third-party platforms or services
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you:
Violate any of these terms. Engage in harmful, threatening, or abusive behaviour. Share or misuse confidential coaching content. Default on payments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If material changes are made, we will:
Provide at least 14 days’ notice. Post updates clearly on our website. Notify active clients via email
